The piece is a mix of visual images and text derived from real life incidences to more poetic narratives. Tom's struggle with traditional assumptions of masculinity through explorations of finding numerous cowboy personas, in turn questions idea of sexuality and gender and looks at breaking some rules of performance.

The piece is developed from Lindsey's own accidental passing as male and her subsequent desire to explore her masculine side through drag, and the blurrings between female masculinity and male femininity.
